Stretch velvet bodice with gold applique trim and nude 'v' panel, tulle arm bands, graduated layers of pleated ballet net to create a stunning pancake tutu with decorated sequin top plate.

Child sizes XSC, SC and MC have 5 layers of net. LC, XLC and XXLC have 6 layers of net and all Adult sizes have 7 layers of net.
