Red Spanish Style Bell Ballet Tutu (Child & Adult Sizes)

Off the shoulder Spanish style ballet dance tutu dress.  Red stretch velvet bodice with black trim. Child size XSC, SC, MC with graduated 5 layers of pleated tulle, and child size LC, XLC, XXLC with graduated 6 layers of pleated tulle, while adult size graduated 7 layers of pleated tulle.
